Roller disco is relaunching with Gay City Rollers at the Renaissance rooms on the first Wednesday of every month starting 4th March 7pm. Entertainment from Miss Kimberley, the Magnificent, the Powder Puff Girls, Dusty O, Stewart Who?, Ferraro & Roca. £5 before 8 pm and £10 thereafter including the hire of skates and a free drink. The Renaissance Rooms in conjunction with Alex Erfan, the promoter of the legendary Salvation and Love Child, presents “Gay City Rollers” the new monthly Rollerdisco catering for the crowd who understood first time around, when Cher first created the idea for a private party, that more fun can be had with wheels on than off.
Gay City Rollers firmly puts back the tongue in your cheek and a lump on your bum with our special Hosts Miss Kimberley and Edna the Magnificent teaming up with the Powder Puff Girls and Harveylicious to add that extra sparkle to the evening.
Cruise down to the Soundtrack courtesy of Dusty O, Stewart Who?, Ferraro & Roca
and Stevie B across the two glittering arenas or just kick back and relax on the comfy sofas.
Booze is served in two bars while Chris Geary’s buff roller-boys provide eye candy.
There will also be special entry passes to Trannyshack @ Freedom after Gay City Rollers.
