In a nutshell here's what people thought: The biggest contributors to the increase in barebacking is bareback porn closely followed by lack of free condom distribution, boredom of safe sex, the increase in sex-on-site premises, ineffective safe sex education and recreational drugs.
Safer sex campaigns do not influence people that much; Harder hitting campaigns would be more effective, they wouldn't stigmatize people with HIV and they wouldn't put people off from tests.
Younger people are less worried about the possible effects of getting HIV.
