Remember the Doncaster Mayor who tried to ban his town (Doncaster) sponsoring its Gay Pride day? If not you can imagine the cr*p he was espousing being a white middle aged bigot. Well, he's back and dumber than ever. Peter Davies of the forward looking English Democrats (everything would be good if it weren't for the Scots, out of Europe, bring back this, ban that, not even nostalgia's what it used to be) has now said Doncasterites should look to the Taliban (pictured) for family values.
Talking about recent child abuse allegations in the town he said "The one thing that can be said about the Taliban is that they do have an ordered society of some sort and that they don't have hundreds of cases of children under threat of abuse from violent parents as we do in Doncaster." Er, true. So long as them there girls don't try get an education, leave the house etc in which case they'll be punished with a good old gang raping before being stoned to death in public. That said, we hear many young Doncaster girls have foregone getting an education anyways and headed straight for the off-licence and local maternity ward so perhaps he's onto something.
