Swarmite Ananda and Gary Henshaw have started a facebook campaign to make a memorial to those who have died of AIDS and those suffering with HIV. Their aim is to have a space ready for World Pride in London in 2012. Join the group here.

We owe it to them. London needs a permanent AIDS memorial where we can gather to remember the ones who succumbed, dying bravely, defiantly and with no knowledge of the battle ahead. A space for flowers, anniversaries, celebration of life, notes and memories for all days that we remember those passed, as well as people worldwide presently affected by HIV.

This group aims to create such a space for WORLD PRIDE London 2012.
