DD Review: The Fort

It’s on the corner of Grange Rd and Alscot Rd, tucked between new housing developments and it looks as if it’s been closed for demolition. But, no, it’s the Fort, the bar that no respectable gay man would admit going to. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons they have their infamous boots only afternoons. The door is locked; you have to ring a bell to gain entry, while the nice old ladies at the bus stop watch you speculatively.
